All calls that are recorded will automatically be transcribed. To access these transcriptions, go to the 'Meetings' tab on top of your account dashboard page.

Next, select the call you want to view the transcription for and click 'View'.

Next, click the transcription tab. Here you can view the entire transcription and search certain keywords you are looking for in the conversation. 

Note: transcriptions can take up to a few hours on average to show up in your past summaries in your account dashboard.
