Yes we do!
In order for you to have your call transcribed, you need to either record your call so that we can access that recording after the fact and transcribe it. Or you need to give us advance notice and we will have someone join the call to record it and transcribe it (or at least part of it) during the call itself and finish the rest after the call.
The costs for transcription vary so please contact our Customer Success team.
The costs variables are typically the length of the call, the language on the call and the complexity of the language used on the call (i.e. special industry terms or acronyms)
